Doing Business with Integrity and Authenticity
On February 5, 2014, I had the pleasure of presenting my “Business Is Personal” speech to the Tomball Rotary Club. The primary purpose of “Business Is Personal” is to show the audience the importance of good relationships for a thriving career or business. One of the points made during the presentation was the importance of being authentic. In the following clip, I discuss how entrepreneurs should be authentic and know when to tell a potential customer or client, “No” or “You’re not ready.” A person who is not ready to say “no” to money, is not ready for business.
