Authenticity and Integrity Should Matter to Entrepreneurs

Doing Business with Integrity and Authenticity

On February 5, 2014, I had the pleasure of presenting my “Business Is Personal” ┬áspeech to the Tomball Rotary Club. The primary purpose of “Business Is Personal” is to show the audience the importance of good relationships for a thriving career or business. One of the points made during the presentation was the importance of being authentic. In the following clip, I discuss how entrepreneurs should be authentic and know when to tell a potential customer or client, “No” or “You’re not ready.” A person who is not ready to say “no” to money, is not ready for business.
